(1) The drilling machine can only be started after the power machine is operating normally. Engagement clutch must be stable and can not be impacted, and must be light, uniform and stable.

(2) When turning the gearbox or transfer case handle to adjust the speed, be sure to first release the clutch. It is strictly forbidden to drive and adjust the speed. The gear can only be shifted after the gear speed is reduced to prevent the gear from being damaged.

(3) The shifting gears of each shift gear should be fully engaged to prevent the automatic sliding gear from destroying the gears.

(4) During the operation of the drilling machine, pay attention to check the operating components, such as bearings, gearboxes, etc. The temperature can not exceed 60 ℃, if it is overheated, it should be stopped to check.

(5) If the clutch feels hot or slips, it should be stopped and checked, and the clearance of the clutch friction plate should be adjusted. The gap adjustment should be appropriate. If it is too tight, the clutch will not engage; if it is too loose, the clutch will operate in a half-clutch state, which will result in reduced torque transmission and rapid destruction of the friction plates.

(6) Before starting the drilling machine to drill, you need to lift the drilling tool away from the bottom of the hole, and then cover the clutch. After the equipment is operating normally, you can drill under pressure.

(7) When using the lift, it is strictly prohibited to press down the left and right handles together, or to tighten the handles together with the foot brakes; the winch should not be overloaded.

(8) Before starting drilling on new drilling rigs or equipment with a long stoppage time, the equipment should be operated at a 2 speed for at least 2 0min, after the gears and bearings are splashed with lubricant Only then can normal drilling proceed.

(9) Before driving, the locking device of the drilling machine must be locked before drilling, so as to avoid the backward movement of the machine due to vibration.

(10) The tachometer cannot be reversed. If the gyrator needs to be reversed, the flexible shaft of the tachometer should be removed to prevent damage to the tachometer.

(11) During drilling and raising, it is not allowed to rotate the equipment to move the control handle.

(12) If abnormal noise is found during the operation of the drilling rig, it should be shut down to investigate the cause and eliminate it.

(13) Under the condition of automatic brake, the operator should not leave, use the pawl to lock the cam when necessary

(14) There must be no oil stains on the brake band of the brake to prevent slipping.

(15) All hydraulic control handles can not be used together; after the gear oil pump is started, pay attention to the reflection of the oil pressure gauge and the bottom hole pressure indicator. During the drilling process, when the bottom of the hole must increase or decrease pressure, it should be adjusted gradually, and it cannot be increased or decreased suddenly; when the hydraulic system is used to quickly increase the vertical shaft (rapid reversal of the rod), it should only be carried out under the original load to prevent drilling machine parts destruction.

(16) When operating the control valve for steel ball positioning, do not use excessive force, and you should be proficient in the correct positioning point of each positioning position. When operating the control valve with automatic spring return, it should be pulled to the end, otherwise it is very easy to cause pressure shock to destroy the pressure gauge.

(17) In order to reasonably use the drilling machine hydraulic system to ensure safe operation, each state and working pressure value of each actuator should be within the required range.

(18) After the "water cooling" of the winch is used, the water should be drained and the rubber water seal should be removed and coated with lubricating oil to prevent the parts from corroding or freezing the drum.

(19) Before moving the device backwards, pay attention to unlock the device and lock the device.

(20) When the drilling machine is not used for a long time, all exposed parts should be coated with lubricating grease to prevent corrosion.
